Patwari Result Normalization Process, How will the Patwari result be normalized, what is the normalization, Patwari Result Normalization Kaise hoga will issue a press note before releasing the result of Patwari Exam 2021 conducted by Rajasthan Staff Selection and will issue the result by normalizing the Patwari Result. Let us tell you that the Patwari exam was held on 23-24 October 2021 in four shifts. In such a situation, different papers were given in all the shifts. It is a simple matter that the level of paper in each shift is difficult – easy. Therefore the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has announced to release the result according to the Patwari Result Normalization Process for the convenience of the candidates.
What is Patwari Result Normalization Process :
Meaning of Normalization in easy way The process of normalization of marks. For the last many years, students were complaining to the commissions that the level of examination in many shifts was very easy, so students of that shift were successful in solving a lot of questions in the given time limit. But the level of questions in other shifts was very difficult and the students of that shift could not solve too many questions even after working hard.
The commissions examined this matter deeply and took this matter seriously and implemented the normalization process in the advertisements released this year. The process of normalization has been implemented in various competitive exams conducted across the country like CAT, MAT, GET, UPSI, UPPET, IBPS, all examinations of railway recruitment like Group D, NTPC etc.
Normalization Process : How is the exam normalized?
The students continuously complained to the commission that the level of examination was very easy in many shifts, so the students of that shift were able to solve more questions in the given time limit. But in some of the shifts, the level of questions was long and difficult and the students of that shift could not attempt more questions even after working hard. The board has taken this matter seriously and has implemented the Patwari Result Normalization Process for the vacancies released for the Patwari Exam. So that justice can be done to all the students.
Let us now first know that why was the need for normalization and by which method normalization can be easily understood?

Patwari Result Normalization Process
If an exam is held in several days, then every day a different paper comes in it. So the candidates opposed it. He said that the paper which came in our shift was difficult. The second shift was easy. Just on the basis of this complaint, ‘Normalization’ was started.
What happens in the ‘Normalization’ method?
Under the normalization system, the level of how difficult the paper was is decided. On the basis of this marks are allotted. Suppose, the paper was difficult on the first day of the exam, then it was estimated that even if someone brings 70 marks in this paper, then it will be considered as 100 marks. Whereas the paper on the second day was very simple it will be reversed. Those who get 100 numbers will be considered as 70 numbers.
How will normalization happen in Patwari Result? Understand the normalization process in a simple way
Let us now try to understand by the mean method, how normalization can be understood most easily-
Patwar exam was conducted in 4 phases. This means 4 papers were conducted. The paper is also different in all the four shifts and the candidates are also different. In such a situation, we understand the normalization process according to the example given below.
Now suppose that
- Shift-1 candidates get 60, 45, 55, 58, 70, 50, 62, 66, 54, 60 marks.
- Shift-2 candidates get 75, 80, 65, 78, 72, 54, 60, 49, 61, 66 marks.
- Shift-3 candidates get 90, 85, 92, 78, 85, 70, 76, 94, 82, 78 marks.
- Shift-3 candidates get 92, 88, 52, 79, 61, 78, 87, 63, 65, 75 marks.
How will normalization happen in Patwari Result?
Here candidates can see the variation in the marks scored by the candidates in different shifts due to the level of the question papers. So, we will find the mean of the first shift and that will be 58 marks. Then we will find the mean of the second shift which will be 66 marks. In the third shift, the mean of the marks will be 83. The mean of marks in the fourth shift will be 74 marks. Thus the mean of the marks of Shift-3 is 83 highest. We will do the normalization on the basis of this mean. The difference between the mean of shift-1 and shift-3 is 25. If we add 25 marks to the marks of the candidate of first shift, then there will be normalization marks, which will now be equal to the marks of shift-3. Now the marks of Shift-1 and Shift-3 will be equal.
Similarly, we can normalize the marks of the second shift and the third shift. The difference between the mean marks of shift-2 and shift-3 is 17, if we add 17 marks to the marks of shift-2 candidates, then there will be normalization marks, which will now be equal to the marks of shift-3. Now the marks of Shift-2 and Shift-3 will be equal.
Similarly, we can normalize the marks of 3rd shift and 4th shift. The difference between the mean marks of shift-3 and shift-4 is 9, if we add 9 marks to the marks of shift-4 candidates, then there will be normalization marks, which will now be equal to the marks of shift-3. Now the marks of Shift-4 and Shift-3 will be equal.
Now as you can see, here the marks for all the shifts are same (normalized). So according to us, this is the easiest way to understand the Patwari Result Normalization Process. This method is called the mean method. We can take the mean of all the candidates of a particular shift, and compare it with the marks of the candidates of other shifts, and then we add the difference of the mean to the scores of the lowest shift.
Patwari Result Normalization Process: What are the main effects of normalization?
- The candidate who thinks that they have secured minimum marks in their shift can also get higher marks.
- The candidates who think that they can score high marks will actually get low normalized marks.
- The selection of the candidates will be a very quick and easy process for all the governing boards of India.
- The students who appeared for the exam with hard and easy level will now be seen on a common platform.
- Now there will be no variation on the basis of different shifts.

FAQ’S ABOUT Normalization
Q 1- What is the meaning of normalization?
Ans- Under the normalization process, the level of how difficult or easy the paper was is decided. Marks are given considering this as the basis. Suppose the paper was difficult on the first day of the exam and very few students have qualified in that exam, then it is estimated that if a student brings 75 marks in this paper, then it will be considered as 100 marks. But if the paper comes very easy on the second day then it is reversed. That is, the one who got 100 marks will be given 75 marks.
Q 2- What do you understand by normalization?

But if the paper comes very easy on the second day then it is reversed. That is, the one who got 100 marks will be given 75 marks.
